Manages account services for assigned constituents (producers, plan sponsors, customers), business or customer segment, products and services and geographies.
Ensures consistent service to constituents by monitoring performance measures, including call quality evaluations and allocating staff resources to meet volume and service expectations.Implements appropriate sales support processes to achieve service goals for the region.Aides in establishing goals for renewals and inside sales.Attracts, selects, and retains high caliber, diverse talent.Develops, motivates, evaluates and coaches staff on work procedures, renewal processes, proper call handling and teamwork to deliver excellent constituent service.Consults with plan sponsors and internal departments to explore options and resolve issues in an effort to improve service and satisfaction.
3-5 years progressively responsible experience in sales, account management or underwriting. Insurance license, as required by state law.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
